Momma Timeout

Hello! I am so glad you are here in this space! My name is Natasha, I am very quickly approaching 40 (wow), I am a mom of three littles and a wifey to a great man. I was raised a Georgia peach, but I was born in Washington state and I have family all over. I have also lived quite a few places, but the South is my favorite. In the fall you will find me watching the Georgia Bulldawgs (yes spelled THAT way), but that is the only sport, okay maybe I will tune into the Olympics. So that is me. Alright just a quick snapshot. We will get to know each other more later.

This is the eve of an exciting trip as I type. You see my mom is turning…..years old (let’s just say it’s a milestone birthday) and we are going on a girls trip. My sister, mom and I, are getting on a plane and flying across the country. Kid free. Shopping. Also, family we hardly get to see will be celebrating my mom the way she so deserves to be celebrated. Washington state in the morning. The place of my birth and many sweet memories. I cannot wait to share more with you.

I do believe this is the longest I have been away from my three babies and handsome hubby. I already miss them so much, but I know the strong, handsome hubby has it together!

Mommas, it is good to get away, to renew your mind. The idea of self care is a hot topic in motherhood circles and it can be abused, but it is true; even mommy needs a time out. In fact, everybody does, stepping away from work and responsibilities is a must. Even if it means a brisk walk down the street.

When was the last time you stepped away to take care of your physical and mental health? Do it today!

These mommas are going to soak up every second together. Follow me on my insta stories and here on my blog for our adventures! ❤️
